The mountains of Rondane have a special place in my heart, it's an intensely quiet place. Last weekend I visited photographer Arthur van Riet and his wife Nancy, who emigrated to Norway nine years ago to live on a mountain looking out on Rondane. The colours are beautiful here in the fall and I was lucky that the first snow was falling on the peaks of Rondane, which yielded an interesting visual effect.
